Assembly and transportation

 

 

Eight (8) parts are required to assemble the disassemble trailer for ATV, in addition to the bolts and pins.

 

 

 

STEPS TO FOLLOW

 

Step 1 : Attachment of the wheelsAttachment of the wheels


Turn the axel plate side down and put an extension bar under it. You will then have enough space to easily fix the bolts. Use a 3/4" ratchet wrench or hexagone wrench.

Fit the extension bars together to the desired length and put the pins in the appropriate holes.

Step 3 : Attachment of the tongue to the ATVAttachment of the tongue to the ATV

Attach the 1 7/8" tongue to your ATV.

Stabilizer

Stabilizer are included with the disassemble trailer for ATV. They were manufactured specifically to help stabilize the round bottom crafts on the trailer. You just need to put them in the appropriate openings on the axel plate.

Carrying straps (optional)

The carrying straps help maintain the craft on the disassemble trailer for ATV during its transportation.

Transportation of the trailer

 

The disassemble trailer takes little space. It can be placed directly in the truck bed and even in the car trunk.
